Is that why you don’t like Twilight? You object to vampires being anything other than horror?

You must hate True Blood too then. But it was fucking hilarious.

I kind of like Twilight, even though it was problematic in a few ways. But then, Pride & Prejudice is my favorite Austen novel and I really liked Wuthering Heights too and Twilight is kind of a portmandeau of those two works, so I was most likely going to like it.

The disco ball vampires special effects in the movies were a bit much though. I nearly tossed my popcorn. Good Lord.
