Is it man bashing to humorously comment on the fact that we women are invisible to a lot of men?
I mean, all of this "bashing" is their words. Said to us women.
At this time, I've gone through ALL the comments present (18). No one has ridiculed men or put men down. They are remarking on a very common experience of male behavior from vacuous men.
You're #NotAllMen-ing the author and these commentors. But we already know. Nobody said otherwise. The article is specifically about a certain type of man. A man who doesn't see women. A vacuous man.
Not all men are vacuous. By it's very nature of being about vacuous men, the article and the commentary are already implied to be #NotAllMen.
It's like, if I'm talking to a group of people about German Shephards having a genetic predisposition for developing hip dysplasia and someone comes running in to announce that #NotAllDogs have hip dysplasia.
No kidding? We were talking about German Shephards though. They do.
