Interesting take you've got there. The "aggrieved manbaby" dynamic really comes through well. Especially since you've show Mark to be such a poor leader. I honestly don't know if that could have been displayed much better so well done there.

Your end analysis is off though. Sarah was bossing him around before the blow up. Children "help out" and therefore need direction and instruction. To be bossed around in other words. Children need chore lists for accountability. To keep them on track.

Adukts manage their own business and hold themselves accountable.

Mark is acting like a child in his own home rather than a true partner to his spouse.

That's why Sarah felt compelled to stop bossing him around. So he's grow up and be the partner he swore in front of God and community he would be.

Shame it had to come to that. Makes you wonder how long Sarah had been trying to get him to be the oartnwr he promised he'd be while he selfishly turned a blind eye and ignores her growing dispair and discontent. Living that easy life. Off someone else's labor and care.
