Interesting, but it is an aside to the comment I was making.

Specifically about Andrew Tate, not his marks.

And that's what they are. There are numerous clips of him maligning all the males, 15 year olds or not, who give him money. He thinks they're pathetic. He's said so often. Andrew Tate. Those are Andrew Tates words.

Your.artixle had a statement about how Andrew Tate and influencers like him are doing what they're doing for money rather than because they care about or want to further harm men. It's all about the money bacause there's a market for it.

I'm merely saying in my comment that he seems to very much enjoy his work. He does not act like a man who has any kind of moral ambiguity about what he's doing at all. He's flat out said he knows exactly what he's doing, using "super hot" but emotionally damaged women he's groomed and manipulated to socially engineer via porn industry increased desperation and lonliness, manipulate, and defraud these men.

But to your last comment, no I'm not particularly shocked that so many young men are fanbois of Tate, or that they "miss" the blatant misogyny the man is promoting.

If, as a teenage boy you aren't picking up on how this hack is insulting, exploiting, and degrading you, as a young man, how are you going to notice that he's doing the same thing to women?

And it's not just teenage boys. Look how many young women have become entangled with the man. Some of them are so low, they help him ensnare other young women. You think some of these web cam girls don't relish being able to weedle money from men? You think that's not a major power play for them? Tate makes no bones about this king and saying that these women are stupid for giving him 70% of the money they make. In a sense, maybe they are. Or maybe they're just short sighted. But Tate can't see that for them, that power play might be a much more desirable motivator than money because money is all he cares about.

All of these people have placed the acquisition of money and fame (even notorious notoriety) above their own humanity or anyone else's.

The fanbase should not be such a shock to people. We're weird about sex as Americans. We won't talk about it in healthy ways. We won't support sex education. Yet pop culture, which is largely dependent on constant shock value, promotes ridiculous double standards (be easy and pleasing but don't be a whore about it) for girls an that boys should spend all their time and energy chasing after pussy like a goddamned crack addict. If you ain't hittin' it, you ain't da man.

Seriously! Do a brief survey of popular songs and groups over the last two decades and see how many songs equate love/sex to being high or getting the next hit of your favorite drug.

We all know by now, that addicts will sell everything they own, they'll sell their own family down the river, they'll sell their own soul to get that next hit. And it will be everybody's fault but their own.

So no. I'm not surprised at all that Tate has so many fanbois crawling out of the woodwork. I can't understand why so many people seem to be.

Shit like this doesn't happen in a vacuum.
