India has an epidemic of violence against women. Same as Afganistan. Same as the South Africa and the Central African Republic. Same as Mexico, Honduras, and Brazil. Same as Myanamar. Same as the US.

Like all of these other places, it's not being adequately addressed and there is complicity in the justice system and governments.

I will say again. It is NOT criminals on the street committing these atrocities. It's the guy next door or down the block who sets his wife on fire or murders her for his "honor" or pimps his daughters out to fund his gambling addiction.

It's every day, average men.
