I’m thinking tiny home when I empty my nest. Same sorts of reasons. I don’t want the upkeep or the money sink of a larger home. And I want to take some time to travel at a leisurely pace; spend some time really getting to explore places and meet people.

Can’t do that if there’s a huge house to keep up.

There’s a lot of things you can have nicer of if you go smaller.
