I’m pro-choice but the issue needs to be handled by legislation. I agree with you and RBG, Roe v. Wade is too tenuous and problematic long term.

Well, now it’s been long term, and we see what has happened.

The problem here is that now we have absolute idiots elected based on Pro-life ideology that have absolutely no idea of how reproduction even works in position to make the decision should it go to a legislative body. I mean, when you’ve got these blow hards saying things like, “women can’t get pregnant by rape. If a woman gets pregnant, it wasn’t rape because the body has a way of shutting that shit down”, and “ectopic pregnancies can be transplanted into the uterus, you don’t need an abortion”, and de facto “life begins before pregnancy does”….

These are not people intellectually equipped to be making these decisions for the rest of us. That level of stupidity is just dangerous.
