If you read the entire statute, you'd see that it excludes rowdy but peaceful protest.

It has been tested, I'd have to look up specificity to cat calling the state of Arizona.

It's not vague at all. It's clear. It doesn't include calling out to someone but once you've been asked to desist and you don't, you're harassing. In other words, no means no the first time is actually the law.

And I'm sorry, but "the language is so vague" is a cop out. It's clear enough for any reasonable person with reasonable education. Secondly, it's not like the UK here, there is no common law like there, there are statutes for everything. Thirdly, I think we can agree that part of adulting is being responsible to know and understand the law where you live. You can call or email your local district attorney's office and ask for clarification on any law and they will clarify for you. That's part of what your taxes pay for. Also, your local representatives office or your local public defender's office. This is a failure to grow up; weaponizing or using ignorance in order to avoid accountability. Hell, your local librarian can point you in the right direction. Also, the internet.

Re: abortion. Only if the man who also equally created that child is also equally penalized with providing for and raising that child. 50/50.

But we know that will never happen as men don't get punished for promiscuity, only women do.

Before Dobbs, I would have said I wanted abortion safe, accessible and rare.

Now? No fucking way. I want guaranteed constitutional right without restriction to abortion up until that fetus has a reasonable probability of life outside the womb without medical intervention and sustainment, with the exception beyond that of threat to the life of the mother. I want the government out of it almost entirely. The f
Government has proven themselves incapable of responsible and reasonable legislation on this subject. They chose tyranny instead, so they need to be out of the decision making process permanently.
