If you make a hard cut off point at 4.5 months you're going to deprive women of the right to life. Also unconstitutional.

Things go wrong. Nobody has an abortion at 4.5 months because they suddenly dont want a child. It's because something tragic has happened.

Example. The child has died but the mother's body has not expelled it. It happens. Are you going to force her to carry it to term, risking septicemia for the next 5 months and death an the inevitable result?

The middle ground there is for the extreme and rare situations. Keep it between doctor and patient.

All you men who can't be bothered to learn about reproductive health need to keep your opinions to yourselves and stop feigning expertise YOU DO NOT HAVE.

Thats no different and bo better than the idiot who claimed that rape pregnancies were real because "the female body has a way of shutting pregnancy down".
