If you don’t like abortions then don’t have one. There is no scientific or religious consensus on when life begins, so your stance is forcing your beliefs onto others. It doesn’t really matter how you try to dress it up, it’s still propaganda.
Making abortion illegal won’t end abortions. Abortions and abandonments have always occurred and they always will. You’d rather living, breathing, born babies be pitched off a cliff to get rid of them? Because let’s be clear here, despite the constant moralizing of pro-lifers, you never step up actually solve the problem of unwanted pregnancies. You never support sex ed, policies to support mothers, education, food supplements, etc. You won’t ever open your wallets for birth control or health care access for everyone. Very few of you ever open your homes. There are over half a million children in foster care right now. How are you providing for them?

If anyone is using abortion as a means of birth control, it is conservative women and fundamentalists. Because you can’t force morality, even within your own ranks. 75% of abortion seekers identify as baptists. Purity culture didn’t work out like you hoped, did it?
Abortions are health care because sometimes things go horribly wrong and intervention is required. Not every pregnancy is viable. Not every viable pregnancy should be forced to term for the baby to suffer and die hours or days later. Sometimes babies are born with their brain outside their skull cap. Should a mother with already living children be sacrificed for a clump of cells? Sometimes moms find out they have cancer at their first OB/GYN visit to confirm a pregnancy. If y’all weren’t so uneducated about the realities of reproduction, you’d know things like this and not bloviate such asinine remarks because the preacher man got you all worked up.
Not everyone chooses to have sex. That ten year old girl from Ohio didn’t choose to have sex while both her father and grandfather were raping her. You really think a pregnant ten year old is an opportunity? For what? For her father and grandfather to have another child to rape? Jesus must be thrilled.
When it comes down to it the callousness and ignorance of the sexual morality police just shows how obscene and depraved your religion truly is. You’re not saving life. All you’re doing is creating and increasing death, despair, desperation, and suffering. The women who will suffer the most are going to be the ones who wanted their babies and the families they left behind because your ignorant morals killed them.
Sooner or later it will hit your doorstep. When it does, you’ll finally learn. It’s just a shame that it will take so much suffering for you to learn.
