If the help occurs inside Texas state lines it's subject to Texas law. Doesn't matter where the abortion takes place. So, driving someone over the border, giving them any resources —money, information, advice—can all be construed as help. Whether you knew that was what it was for or not.

What actually okays out will happen in lawsuits, but yes, it's intentionally vague because it's an authoritarian or totalitarian play.
