If women are consistently told to choose better men for being manipulated, then men can choose better women rather than bitch and moan about being unwanted.

The same standard applying is equality.

If women are told that men can't help themselves because it's evolution or evolutionary psychology or whatever, then neither can women. All evolutionary processes meet limits of resistance. Y'all ate trying to co-opt evolutionary theory to advantage yourselves. Consider yourselves notified that that dog ain't gonna bark. If it's okay for men to be manipulative in order to get sex, it's okay for men to be manipulated in turn (even though the women are being honest about their standards, the men are manipulating themselves) to get whatever resources or status the woman wants. The object's personhood doesn't matter, remember? Boundaries are for wimps, remember?

Beats all I've ever seen. As a gender, you've never had your agency stripped away and beaten out of you. You've not been socialized to not develop it. Why the hell are so eager to throw it in the garbage? What is wrong with you men? That is not very smart. Next to health and time, agency is one of the most important things you can ever have. You can't truly thrive without it. And you're treating it like it's moldy refuse. The hell?

Because you already know what she's about but you want her to change to suit you rather than you conducting yourself intelligently, like a grown, well rounded, well seasoned man of quality that normal women would find desirable and want.
