I think they're both, as they must be. Its pretty clear, really. They inherently must be both. Obviously.

Men and women as groups can be thought of as niches within the same ecosystem. They operate within their respective niches, aren't bound to them (the borders are ill defined and fuzzy), the niches are discernable and observably different and function differently within that same ecosystem. The ecosystem exerts pressures on each and they do on the ecosystem. They influence each other as well.

Yeah. It's very clear.

Now I'm all irritated to start my day. I've been falsely accused of 2 dimensional thinking again by yet another "centrist" who insists upon bimodal parsing of everyone as the voice of reason when none of us live in that world. We are not paper dolls.
