I think that girl packs are mostly over sold. They exist but nowhere near as wide spread as believed.

I also believe that only certain women can ever fit in to such groups. You'll notice they all tens to center around hair, nails, fashion, and men/relationships. In other words it's all about being pretty and feminine. That has to be the focus of your whole world.

At least that's what I've noticed. The minute something else takes priority, you don't fit. You're ostracized and slowly shown the door. You also become a target for all sorts of shitty behaviors.

It's a lot like the Greek behavior you were criticizing in an earlier article but without the hazing and maybe not as intense.

For everyone on the outside of such groups, it's tough. You can be understandably and properly disgusted by some of the things youve experienced but want to be a part of it at the same time.
