I think I'd trade out the hot sauce for one of those types of sardines that are canned in a pepper brine, but yeah. Sounds good.

The Swedes have a peanut butter and rice dish called Flying Jacob that's pretty good.

Peanut butter is right next door to miraculous. There's just no end to the yummies you can make with it.
