There's a tent city up off the canal now. That's highly unusual on Phoenix. Our homeless population usually clears out for the most part during the summer and heads north to Portland and Seattle.

Gonna be really rough for them the next 2 months. Daily temps on concrete above 110° from 11am till midnight.

Maybe they could touch some grass though. They’ll feel better.
