If Black voters are just naturally more conservative, how isbit that the Black community was able to get Joe Biden the nomination then?

If Black voters are naturally conservative and Black families are stronger under Jim Crow.... what does that say about Black men, in particular, that they need to be oppressed to give them incentive or impetus to stay with their families and raise their children? Black men have to forced by oppression and disenfranchisement to be fathers? Really?
