I pulled mine out and started homeschooling. She's been homeschooled since 7th grade.

That's got its own set of challenges and there's still a lot of bad feelings toward homeschooling because of religious intolerance. But, it you get with a solid group who pulled out for reasons other than religion, it's a definite improvement if you can swing it.

We went from my kid being so stressed out she was throwing up all the time and every day being a nightmare around school back to a happy, healthy kid who loves to learn again. I'm not exhausted and worried/anxious all the time either.
