I mean that how you think it's okay to treat others you make okay to trwat you once power dynamics flip, or end.

If you make it okay to degrade and abuse a group based on their identity, rather than treat them well, when and if power dynamics flip or end, you best hope leadership of the new powered group doesn't believe as you do because you'll be getting what you dished out to that disempowered group.

That's how "might makes right" works.

That's why we feminists want to smash thr patriarchy instead of bring about a patriarchy. Women are no better than men; we're not angels.

Dominance hierarchy works by forms of pecking throughout the hierarchy. It's a feature, ot a flaw. However you stack a dominance based hierarchy, by whatever status symbols, the dynamic is maintained by pecking.

Look at pigeons, chickens, or rats. We're not that much different.

Plus, even if thr hierarchy is maintained, there will always be push back against that constant pecking. It will come in the form of what was handed down.

Again, that's just dominance hierarchies work.

Further, because status is afforded to groups and stripped from other groups based on identity, you can't opt out and claim individuality like that. Especially while staying passive in the face of pecking mechanisms at play.

The ONLY way to truly step away from your group is to betray your privilege/status, or smash thr patriarchy. Nobody gets a free ride here.

Youbate either upholding the dynamic or you actively working to end it in exchange for something else.
