I just went back and checked. He didn't use the term toxic. He used the word audacity, "when people talk about the audacity of men, this is what they mean".
And he's right here too, which ties into where I'm going with the love/hate series.
Men align themselves with "alpha ideology", where as Jordan Peterson put it: in order to "be a man" you should be a barely contained rage beast. And then fall to pieces when women start to view you as predators, or to use my words, a rattlesnake. Someone to avoid and not be trusted.
This is the audacity of men. Thinking you can prance around being "barely contained rage beasts" yet still have right to claim "benefit of the doubt" priviledge innocence when you're acting weird in public.
You would never do that with any other predator and expect to walk away unscathed.
