I hate to break it to you, but just by the description I can tell you that the study is bunk. It's poor science. Obviously so. Anyone who puts credence in the "results" deserves to have their heart broken for being such weak minded sops.

People need to stop obsessing over all these social science studies. They're poorly conducted, they don't say or prove what most people take from them, they're inherently biased, they tend to contradict each other, proving that the factors they were tested for were never properly controlled in the first place.

At absolute best, the suggest certain correlations.
