I grew up on bear country too, my guy. My grandparents lived in very rural areas. We were an avid outdoorsy family. Camping, hiking, hunting, canoeing, foraging, almost all of it.
I've had dozens of bear encounters in the wild. Not zoos.
But thanks for the mansplanation of how I, I personally, have made a monster of men.
By all means, let's not look at the decades long PR campaign about how to pick up women, alpha vs beta, you're not a real man if you're not dominating women, "Jordan Peterson has a point when he says Men HAVE TO be barely contained raging beast monsters", etc that MEN have fallen all over themselves to believe, adopt, participate in, normalize, and promote.
Most certainly, let's not look at that critically, and using some very bare bones basics critical thinking skills to see where that might lead to.
Like, for example, that women would believe y'all too and and start to experience the psychological effects of constant predation.
Like, that men would be unable to handle the "barely contained" but "contained" part and more and more women would experience, first hand, straight out sexual predation of all sorts, with only the worst being rape.
Yeah. Let's not look at any of that. It might hurt men's feelings.
And we can always blame women for.... ::checks notes:; ....."making monsters out of men".
My guy, you're going to need to pack up and peddle your bullshit elsewhere. We women categorically refuse to accept the blame and responsibility to fix the mess that you men created.
Y'all were warned by plenty of sane men and women in literal multitudes of ways. Y'all were admonished to look where this leads. Look down the road and discern some consequences. Like fucking adults.
Y'all doubled down.
So y'all can fix it. Come to terms. Or not. We don't owe you a goddamned thing. You never respect us enough to listen to us anyway.
