I get your point though I’m not convinced one is directly correlated to another. Plus, there are other options to make housing more affordable than a tiny home.

I think a lot of people are buying Tiny Homes for reasons other than affordability. We shouldn’t confuse affordability with wealth building or choosing to not live off of debt. They are tangential but not the same thing.
