I don't think the reduction or end of marriage will mean the end of love or romantic relationships.

We're just in a period of time where relationships are being adapted to the age we are in. Marriage, as it is, is a construct of pastoral / agrarian lives. If it was suited to how we live our lives today, it wouldn't be making people so miserable and it would.have a higher success rate without being forced by religion or law.
