I don't think she's wrong. There's less reason to date and no reason to trust that forced birth won't be used as a trap. Ossiana focused on a woman's perspective and that's fine, but let's be real here. This is going to affect men too in a lot of different ways. There will also be women who "forget" their birth control to trap a man. They'll mostly be teenagers trying to escape oppressive households and then they can claim the guy raped them (statutory). Most states have automatic emancipation of a minor who becomes pregnant. So, they get away from oppressive or abusive parents, get a meal ticket, and can still abort the baby later term (because making abortions illegal won't stop them from happening). Natural miscarriages and self abortions are.often I distinguishable. Even if they get caught and go to prison, it'll be juvie and they're out by 18. Further, it'd be a great back at certain men or men in general because most of the men harassing teenage girls are 40 year old men. It's the fathers of their friends and boyfriends. Or the manages at work.
The Supreme Court opened up a Pandora's Box that's going to have a lot of fall out nobody's much imagined yet. It was a really really dumb thing to do.
