I don't think men are a waste. You're conflating.

I think ideologically, the way men think about their own sexuality and how they then interaxt with women and regard women's sexuality....

That for a woman to then warp and twist herself into knots putting that ideology first to be pleasing to men is a waste of her sexuality.

This gets to the heart of pursuing what is socially and culturally acceptable over what one truly desires.

It's more or less true for men too, but Subliminus had already written a very good comment covering the same thing from the male perspective.

When I say women should keep their sexuality for themselves, I mean owning their sexuality, whatever it is, without any kind of shame. And then acting on that, whatever it means for you, obviously within the bounds of consent.

This is one thing Subliminus and I agree on but he thinks about it as a more desireable product for men it seems. I think about it in terms of autonomy and ending the constant shame of women, women's bodies, and women's desires.
