I don't think it's a matter of finding racism in everything because you looked until you found it. Let's face it, racism is hardly the only bigotry being all out loud and proud within the GOP right now.

The GOP has gone full tilt fascist. Literally ALL the markets are there.

Not to diminish that racism is a huge one and hard to miss in their rhetoric, I'm just saying it's hardly the only one.

Maybe that makes it less about "seeing racism in the landscape everywhere you look" and more about "racism is a tool of authoritarianism and fascism so when you start to see a lot of racism, you should take a gander at what that's attached to and move politics away from it before it befouls the landscape and you've got a decades or centuries long clean up on your hands."
