I don't know about the bread line specifically but there is wide reporting outside Faux News that civilians are being targeted. There's footage of a destroyed suburb, a kindergarten was blown up, a pregnant woman and her baby died when a hospital was bombed.

It you don't trust CNN or MSNBC that's fine. Take a look at reporting from Reuters, Al Jazeera, BBC, PBS, etc.
