I’m saying not all perceived hate is hate, it is legitimate criticism. Christians are notorious snowflakes about criticisms of Christianity.

I’m also saying there is an equivalent amount of vitriol lobbed at atheists and other faiths by Christians.

There’s an embarrassment of riches in the hate department lobbed at LGBTQ and pagans by Christians, but most especially LGBTQ.

I’m also saying that while Medium is clearly more left leaning, it I hardly the only place to publish or the only social media app to post hate and vitriol. Others are absolutely awash with Christian hate and meme factories.

No. I don’t hate Christians. I have a deep and abiding respect for many Christian faith traditions. I do hate Evangelicals and other Calvinists though. I’ve got some problems with a few others too but that’s not relevant.

Frankly, I’d be hard pressed to choose who I think was worse. Puritans or Evangelicals. Both are completely twisted and nuts. Neither one of them would recognize Jesus if he came down in a beam of light, wearing a halo, and introduced himself.
