I didn't say all labor was exploitation. I said civilization rests on the foundation of exploited labor of all kinds.

I'm very familiar with Cat Bohannon's work. It actually supports my position, and not your disjointed defense of civilization. Because civilization is recent to our evolutionary history. We have and are adapting to it, it's changed us, but that doesn't negate the fact that hundreds of thousands of years of evolution happened before that where we lived in small bands, more egalitarian tribes, and that's what we evolved for. If it wasn't, projects like Wikipedia would never happen. There's still a part of us that yearns for and clings to egalitarian living. Somewhere inside us we know we truly can't live without it.

And yes, men tend to think of sex as a reward. They certainly treat it as such. Their obsessive ramblings about it all over everywhere for a very long time show just how much they think of sex as a reward or a treat. You, as an individual man, may not, but millions and millions of men across multiple cultures, in many different records of written history, even Holy books, profoundly disagree with you. And yes, even in modern day, most of what you see about sex coming from men regarding sex is that it a treat or a reward for being 'a good man'.
