I didn't encourage or discourage mine either way. I didn't raise her to be a puppet or to live vicariouslt or have a do over of my own life.

I did explain my decisions regarding marriage and promise her that I she eanted children sans marriage, I would support that either by providing care for my grandchildren while she works and/or supporting them with a place to live so she wouldn't.feelmpressures to marry or stay in a bad one.
