Got pregnant, which turned out to be somewhat of a surprise pregnancy, even though I was trying (I know), took a mini retirement, and stayed home with my child as an unwed single mother until she weaned at 2.5. Started working somewhere around there part time. Went back to work full time.whrn she started kindergarten.
