I brought that up too. We can't assume she is contributing equally to the decision to spend that much money on dates. Also, maybe it's not about the money so much as enjoyment of the date. That counts too. If the bulk of their dates favors his preference of wine-ing and dining but not her preference for physical activity, for example, could you blame her for feeling resentful about those spreadsheets now that they're no longer together?
