I admit to having the same passing thought, but with really shrivelled up dicks or ED or festering herpes pustules or something. One could get creative here.

Congress is mostly male. Just pointing out the statistical reality, not advocating anything. We all know it's only a matter of time before Congrsswomen are targeted if they haven't been already.
