I admit, lazy isn't the best word there, but it's super early and I can't think of a berter one. Let's just say that everyone I've ever known who truly loved that life has been hard to motivate to do anything. It's an act of Congress to get them to break routine or engage. They just don't ever want to do anything, includinf those blow jobs you mentioned.

Conversely, everyone who's ever done it, for the kid or because they couldn't afford child care or whatever, worked really really hard to keep it from driving them insane.
