Honestly? It's because well off men don't creep on the street usually.

I'm not saying they don't sexually harass. It's just usually in a different environment than when and how poor men do it.

Most of the women on Medium are not wealthy either, so they don't have a lot of wealthy men in their lives to sexually harass them in the first place.

Wealthier men, right or wrong (usually wrong), have the confidence that wealth brings so they're not as desperate. If they do approach a woman at random in public and she says no, it's more likely to end there because they're fairly confident someone will eventually say yes. They move on.

So do the chuds, actually. But the wealthy move on physically as in wander off and leave you alone. The chuds move on to badgering and harassment and other forms of creepiness.

This isn't the gotcha you think it is.
