Honestly, I tend to think more and more that "they're" hoping for assassinations of the court. We all know the presence of certain members should never have passed review or scrutiny. They were political in nature. There are members of the court who just aren't qualified and don't have enough experience. But the only way to deal with them without triggering more political shenanigans or taking political responsibility for the bad calls is to get rid of the justices and leave the bench (institutionally speaking) alone.
