He's right. It's not about attacking religion or forcing people to be atheists. It's about protecting a secular society where all people are free to follow their beliefs and pursue a relationship with the divine, or not, based on their own personal choice.

With the abject lunacy and extremism coming from evangelical churches and other sources these days, it's not hysterics to worry about a Christian jihad. Nobody wants to live under a Christian Taliban.

It hasn't gone well for Muslims. What do you think makes you so special? Because everybody loves Jesus? Because you're white? Because Santa Claus will protect you?
