He didn't call Trump voters garbage. He called Tony Hinchcliffe garbage because at one of Trump's rallies, Hinchcliffe said that Puerto Rico was a "floating pile of garbage."

Puerto Ricans are Americans. Hinchcliffe seems to have forgotten that.

And this is Republicans doing what they always do.
