Haven’t read it; however, it sounds like mostly nonsense to me. Extreme heat is just as problematic to survival, predators that can kill you exist all over the planet, as does disease, warlike neighbors, infection and injury, childbirth, starvation, etc. Any environment can and has suffered conditions that made life difficult from drought to volcanic activity.

Before the advent of modern life, life was hard for everyone the world over. So it doesn’t exactly excuse or explain anything. Further, I don’t believe it’s particularly a “white” problem, this idea of supremacy, but more that it’s been more wide spread and more pronounced this time around.

If you go back in time and take a long hard look, supremacist ideology occurs in every empire. All empires have conquered or absorbed other people’s into their empire as far as they can reach depending on their technology. The more technologically advanced (primarily for warfare) the worse the treatment of the conquered. Every historical empire I know of has used slavery to build, expand, and maintain their empire. And every empire has eventually collapsed and disappeared because this model of organizing humans is not sustainable. Therein is the evil. And it lives in all of us.

Sooner or later Western Civilization will fall because it’s built on this model. It’s past the average lifespan of civilizations already. Another will rise to dominance. If that new civilization follows the same model, the same trauma and pain will happen to the people’s subjugated by the new empire. With an increase in technology, both the disparity and the reach will be even greater.

If we want to survive long enough to reach our full potential, we cannot do it as the civilization we are. We need to embrace change and become the civilization and people we always should have been. We need to evolve past our baser impulses and drives. We certainly have the capability. The question is, do we have the will?
