Haha. I have had some upper management that are exhausting like that. They just want their ego fluffed all the time. We joked about how exhausting it is to be stuck being the Pepper Potts of nepotism brats and crony doucheBros and Tradwives with a "hobby job" who need help tying their own shoes every morning to get by in life.

'Course, mine weren't sectioned or certificate by any means. I'd argue that maybe two in years past absolutely should have been. Properly evaluated and drugged up, bare minimum.

Good call on the international community refusing to separate Trump from the US.

I disagree that Democrats are sulking or hiding. This was a great article, one of your better and I know articles have to stay focused. The mass psychosis a full third of the US electorate are under may not have fit within the confines of your article, but it's relevant to the quietness of the Democrats. Besides, weren't you earlier of the opinion that the reason Harris lost is because liberals 'refused to listen to the pain of forgotten middle America'. That's not meant to be a direct quote because I can't remember exactly how you worded it, but that was the gist.

So now that Democrats are listening quietly and letting the people have what they voted for....they're sulking? Now you want a resistance to extremism? Hmm.

Sounds like that fence you were sitting on is now on the field of political battle.

And I still maintain that the whole "price of eggs" argument is absolute bullshit. All the dog whistles generally attached to them are not unnoticed either.

I thInk for the most part Democrats and liberals are done trying to save cultists from themselves. A few made it out of the Waco siege. A few made it out of Jonestown.

Have you seen that Canada and Mexico are trolling back. And have you seen the response from the American liberal public? Canada suggested that the US should instead become the 11th province.

Immediately, social media blew up with thousands of liberal Americans further promoting the idea. Predominantly, the responses came from blue state America but there were plenty of liberals in red states begging to not be forgotten too.

I think Democrats are quiet because there's not much left to say anymore. The divorce is coming. Liberals are all talked out and tired of this shit. Tired of tax dollars blue states generate through good governance going to prop up failed red state policies while red states consistently undermine progressive policies that would benefit everyone just to show off their dick size. California has the 5th largest economy in the world. If California wasn't propping up red states, California's would have national health care. LA wouldn't have burned because Californians understand the need for climate mitigation. And so forth and so on. Blue states are behind where they want to be because of the endless financial drain created by red states.

Far too many people in red states have made it clear on all social media platforms that they are detached from reality.

What is there to talk about any more?

They're going to have to hit rock bottom bedore they sober up. That means the codependent relationship needs to end.

I found it very telling that the entire west coast, I not all in on becoming Canadian provinces or states of Mexico, were at least willing to entertain the idea or were not offended by it in the least. That says a lot. It's pretty clear the Canadians meant it to be offensive because they were offended. They were drawing boundaries of sovereignty. I don't think they expected that response at all any more than China expected so many Americans to sign up for Red Note when TikTok got banned and immediately start learning Chinese.

We're tired of this shit and we're sick and tired of being sick and tired. And there is nothing left to say. There's just getting it done, filing the paperwork, splitting the assets, and moving on.
