Good for you. But, you're an outlier. By their own admission, most men pursue sex. They consider relationships to be the cost for permanent sexual availability so they don't have to "hunt" or "chase" after it.

This is not me generalizing. This is how men explain themselves. Ad nauseum infinitum. Personally, I'd like to think better of men. But, sooner or later one is only hurting oneself to not believe people when they tell you who they really are.
