We definitely need to stop catering to marketed addictive misogyny. And set a hard line before they ALL turn into violent pricks.

I also agree that having been socialized in the same system as men, even if we want to stop catering to male violent fantasies or just the patriarchy in general, it's hard and a lot of stumbles. If one is not really careful, one slips right back into it. It's absolutely insidious.
