That gaslighting speech reminded me of a comment thread you and I exchanged some time ago where I pointed out that in order for assassination to be effective in our current (then, and weren’t those the good ole days comparatively speaking) situation, one assassination wouldn’t be enough. You’d have to take out several almost simultaneously and even then you’d risk making martyrs out of them and making things worse because the ignorant base is so unhinged right now.

One thing this impeachment did was clarify that potential list more. Just saying.
