Frankly, both parties are full of their own rot and are acting contrary to what voters want and the nation needs.

You tend to side with the GOP and fair enough, but a bit peculiar given your philosophical leanings. You’re giving them too much of a bye on attempts to disenfranchise voters and gerrymandering imho. The fact that they do that time and time again though proves they are not defenders of the Constitution or small-d democratic. There’s really no getting around that. You either believe in, respect, protect, and honor the vote or you don’t. They’ve chosen their side. The insane lawsuit from Texas and the amicus brief GOP politicians couldn’t wait to put their name to proves how much. It’s a betrayal of the American people pure and simple. I don’t even want to guess at the mental gymnastics that have to take place to come to any other conclusion.

They are not patriots. They are not the party they used to be. All the real Republicans have left the party.
