Peterson is a bad faith actor, a misogynist, a racist, and a homophobe et al. It's obvious to anyone who can critically think these ideas through to their logical conclusion.

There's a reason he's being purposefully vague about this grand scheme of his, about how it's going to be brought to fruition.

Because if he laid it out in detail before you'd already accepted the idea as necessary then you'd see it for what it is.

Oppression. Subjugation. Degradation. Dehumanization. A violation of the integrity of personhood of one group solely to benefit another.
