First off, that may be true of childless women but there's a difference between childless and child free.

Child free women chose to not have a child. It wasn't circumstance.

Secondly, relevance? The moments directly after birth is one blip in time in a long 20ish year haul. You can't really judge regrets until the mothering has come to a conclusion. Particularly, thr intensive mothering of the early years.

Thirdly, just because you found that moment spiritual, doesn't mean she did. You're projecting your feelings onto her as though she's incapable of being trusted to feel whatever she feels in that moment. And I can tell you, across all women feelings run the gamet at that moment. Fear, pride, relief, connection, joy, sorrow, fatigue, anger, happiness, nexus, everything under the sun.

You're entitled to your feelings. I'm glad you felt that way. And maybe your sister felt the same. It doesn't mean all women do. And you are not entitled to speak for all women based on your feelings about childbirth.
