To falsely misrepresent someone as a pedophile is truly next level. The flyers and social media make it an active campaign of harassment. With the vandalism, you’ve got incitement charges. Depraved indifference, especially if someone in that house is physically harmed or killed because of what you did. Menacing may apply.

The trick, I guess, is getting a D.A. to prosecute.

As far as civil litigation goes, frankly it would be nice to see a class action suit against the individual known as Q. Unmasking that SOB will gonna long way to ending this nonsense. He/she needs to be unmasked.
