Excellent points. It's well past time for women to stop shaming other women foe beinf single moms. The reality of the situation is that most mothers will be doing at least some of that psrenting as a single mother due to the divorce rate so single motherhood is just going to be part of the motherbood experience for all of us. Time to embrace reality.

Another reality that should be embracesd is that with so many American men acting the way they are, women need to undersrsnd that if you expect to go it alone and don't waste your time begging these men to be fsthers, let them go qnd fade away, then your life becomes easier and so much better.

Your whole outlook changes. There's no sense in letting failed men lead you to resent your motherhood.
