Exactly. When you get past the legal theory and into inevitable practical results this ruling is nothing more than state sanctioned death. It is a violation of Constitutional rights because it overthrows the 14th amendment.

Further, since states already had trigger laws in place that were outright bans waiting for this decision, the court cannot claim ignorance or dodge responsibility for causing the death and suffering of citizens.

They have failed in their primary job to protect citizens from harm caused by the passage of state and federal laws.

Same thing with the recent EPA decision and the prayer decision. In that ruling they outright lied. The dissent contained photographic proof of the lie. This court is rogue.
